Hospital Discharge Support & Short Term Care

If you are looking for someone to care for you or a relative or friend for a short-term we can help.  Our care teams are used to caring for people who have been discharged from hospital or are awaiting transfer to another long-term care facility.

We also have specially trained end of life carers for people who want to be at home for the final days and weeks of their lives. Whether its 24-hour care, 7 days a week or shift care for days or nights to give family carers a break we can help.

"The support and care we are receiving has made a huge difference to him and the rest of the family."

Michael Ashton | Exeter

Long Term Care

We provide long-term care to people of all ages with many varying needs.  Our care teams work in shifts which is longer than traditional domiciliary care companies who might attend someone for an hour at either end of the day.    If the individual needs 24/7 care we can provide wrap around care too.

All our care is based around a person’s tailored care plan which details their needs medically but also includes how we will support them with personal care and ensuring they achieve their best life.
