Care Plan
One of our nurses will ensure a robust and personalised care plan is in place. This document informs how care is delivered including your personal preferences.
Care App
We use a smartphone app to help us manage what needs to be done. It provides a record and enables receivers of care and their families to see what is happening.
Care Team
We will put a care team together of people with the right experience and skills to support you.. We will also match who we think will fit best with your circumstance.
Care Team Management
A Care Team Manager is appointed to every client to manage day-to-day care delivery. They work closely with nurses regarding safety and quality and are the primary point of contact.

Meet the Team
Paul Insley
Managing Director
Paul oversees all aspects of operating Ocean Healthcare. He is a healthcare professional with vast experience at senior level. Paul works with the senior team to set and manage strategic direction while ensuring we remain true to what we believe makes Ocean Healthcare special. He is also our Nominated Individual with the CQC.
Cathy Ellingford
Director of Care
Cathy is responsible for the quality and safety of our care delivery. She is a highly accomplished and practicing Adult and Paediatric Nurse with deep experience working in acute and complex care environments. Cathy is also our CQC Registered Manager.
Esa Reeman
Director of Operations
Esa is responsible for the day-to-day running of our Complex Care business. She is a seasoned professional and with over 24 years’ experience in providing care to people with complex needs in their homes. Esa is a highly regarded senior operator within this sector who ensures we run effectively. She is involved in setting up every package of care that we provide to make sure it is resourced properly and our support operations are set up to achieve best outcomes.
Natalie Clarke
Senior Nurse
Natalie is our Senior Nurse and part of the Senior Management Team in our Complex Care business. She works closely with our Care Team Managers and their care teams to ensure everyone is competent and confident with what they are doing. She is deeply involved in our quality and safety processes and has a roll-your-sleeves-up approach to ensuring we provide great care to the people we are supporting.
