Our Training Centre is located on Devon Square in Newton Abbot, within Ocean House (13 Devon Square), which is also home to our Complex Care Head Office. Please note: we have recently moved from 43a Devon Square — training now takes place at number 13.

Ocean House (13 Devon Square) is located just off Queen Street. From the War Memorial, head up the hill along St Paul’s Road. When you reach St Paul’s Church, turn left onto Devon Square. Continue straight along Devon Square to the end of the block. Ocean House (13 Devon Square) is on the corner on your left. The main entrance is slightly down the hill on the left-hand side.

When you arrive:

Enter via the front door of Ocean House

Sign in at reception, where a member of the team will direct you to the Training Centre

There is no parking available on site. However, there are several nearby options:

Cricketfield Road Car Park – less than a 5-minute walk and our recommended option

Limited on-street parking is available on Queen Street (pay and display). Please note this is often busy, and you should check that the permitted time covers the full duration of your training session.

Public Transport

The Post Office bus stop on Queen Street is served by local 75 and 77 buses

If travelling on the number 12, we recommend getting off at either: Newton Abbot Railway Station, or The Avenue stop (opposite the War Memorial)

Clear signage is displayed on the building to help you identify Ocean House.
