Care Assistant

Ocean Healthcare is looking for a female Care Assistant to provide 2:1 support for a young teenage boy living with Autism and ADHD. He has limited verbal communication but is a bright and active. He thrives on structure and routine.

He lives at home and attends school five days a week. He loves swimming, going to the beach, climbing and exercise.

Shift Details:

• 09:00 - 17:00 Saturday

Pay Rates:

• £16.05 p/hr Saturday

• (£13.50 p/hr Monday - Friday)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with individuals with Autism is preferred

• Calm, kind and patient approach

• Confident working in a 2:1 care setting

The ideal candidate would be calm and patient. You'll be an experienced Care Assistant who is able to maintain routines and engage in activities.

What You'll Need

• Good References (covering at least 3 years)

• You must be a car driver

• Reliability and good communication

• Right to to work in the UK (We do not offer Work Visa)

While there are lots of work opportunities within Ocean Healthcare, the terms detailed in this job advert are specific ONLY to this package of care. Permanent and bank contracts available. You can work full or part time.
