Nurse

Ocean Healthcare is looking for a registered nurse to support a 22-year-old woman living with a trauma-related mental illness and type 1 diabetes. Her diabetes has been difficult to manage in a community setting. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee her daily diabetes care, including insulin administration as required. She lives in a supported living setting in Plymouth.

Strong knowledge and experience in diabetes management is essential for this role.

You will work collaboratively with two support workers who assist with her daily living needs and community engagement. Together, your goal will be to ensure her condition does not prevent her from leading a full and active life.

Shift Details:

• 08:00–20:00
  Week 1: Monday & Wednesday
  Week 2: Saturday & Sunday

Pay Rates:

• £23.00 p/hr Monday-Friday

• £27.00 p/hr Saturday-Sunday

• £35.00 p/hr Bank Holidays
