Ann - Complex Care Assistant
It was good reviews from other people working for Ocean Healthcare that prompted Ann to join way back in 2016. Ann will tell you her interview back then was refreshingly friendly and simple. It made her feel confident she would be supported. She wasn’t wrong and says “I always feel valued and listened to by everyone and my Care Team Manager is always there if I need anything”
Ann first joined Ocean Healthcare to work as a member of our Agency. One of the things Ann likes about the agency option is the variety. “It's flexible,” she says. “There's different patterns and a variety of work. I'm not always in the same place. Everybody seems happy in what they're doing”.
Ann eventually moved over to Complex Care to develop further skills and is now thriving while looking after some of our service users with complex needs.
We are super proud to have Ann on our team. She is very special, always thinking of others before herself and wanting the very best outcomes for our services users. Ann is dedicated to Ocean Healthcare and particularly loves to work with children & young adults, watching them grow and develop often under very complex circumstances.
