What We Offer:

• Flexible Work Schedule: Choose when and how much you work, with no need to request holiday time.

• Convenient Location: Easily accessible by bus and car on a main road in Exeter.

• Competitive Pay Rates:

  • £13.00/hour: Weekday Days (Mon-Fri)

  • £13.25/hour: Weeknight (Mon-Thurs)

  • £13.50/hour: Friday Night

  • £15.00/hour: Weekend Days & Nights

  • £19.00/hour: Bank Holidays
    (Weekly pay, including holiday pay)

About the Role

You’ll be supporting young people with visual impairments, many of whom also have learning difficulties, in an educational and residential setting. Your role will include helping them thrive, grow, and achieve their best day every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offering compassionate care and support tailored to individual needs.

• Helping service users engage in educational and leisure activities.

• Building strong, positive relationships with young people and their families.

What We’re Looking For:

• Compassionate and Patient: A calm, caring approach and a genuine desire to make a difference.

• Experience: At least 1 year of care experience (preferred).

• Commitment to Excellence: Willingness to complete additional training to enhance your care skills.

• References: Able to provide references for the last 5 years of employment.

• Reliability and Communication: A proactive, professional approach to your work.
