Ocean Healthcare have a number of opportunities to work with young people with vision impairment and complex needs. Pay Rates

• £13.00 p/hr DAYS - Mon-Fri

• £13.25 p/hr NIGHTS - Mon-Thurs

• £13.50 p/hr NIGHTS - Friday

• £15.00 p/hr DAYS & NIGHTS - Saturday and Sunday

• £19.00 p/hr BANK HOLIDAYS

Note: Weekly Pay. Includes holiday pay.

REQUIREMENTS   

• CALM AND CARING:

  It is essential that you truly care about supporting young people. You will need to be kind, compassionate and care about helping them to enjoy their best day possible. Please do not apply if you’re simply looking for a pay check. Your attitude and approach to care will be considered as part of the interview process.

• EXPERIENCE:

  6 months experience would normally be the minimum.

• REFERENCES:

  we would need to collect 5 years employment references if you have been working that long.

• TRAINING AND LEARNING:

  commitment to completing additional training may be required.
