Your Role:

- Build strong community relationships and foster meaningful connections.

- Lead day-to-day operations and support a dedicated team of Coordinators and Workers.

Key Requirements:

- Proven managerial experience in community support.

- Strong understanding of person-centered support planning.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
