Join Ocean Healthcare’s Complex Care Team in and around Plymouth – Flexible Shifts, Specialist Training Provided

Ocean Healthcare are growing fast in and around Plymouth. We're looking for Care Assistants to join our Complex Care Team, supporting children and/or adults with a variety of complex health needs. Whether you’re looking for regular hours or something more flexible, we’ll work with you to find a pattern that fits with you!

Who do we support?

In this role you'll be working with either children and/or adults. Providing both 1:1 and 2:1 support with a range of complex conditions, offering personalised, meaningful care.

You’ll be fully prepared for your role through face-to-face training delivered by our nurse-led team and clinical educator. We tailor your training to the specific needs of the service users you’ll be supporting, giving you the confidence and skills to make a real difference.

Want extra hours? You can also register to pick up shifts through our Nursing Agency division in local care homes and supported living services.

Pay Rates & Shifts:

Shifts mostly vary between 4 and 12 hours.

Pay Rates range from £13.00-£18.55 per hour. Rates vary by shift type (day/night/weekend) and by complexity.

What You’ll Need:

• At least 1 year of UK experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker.

• Two UK work references (at least one must be care-related).

• Reliability and Good Communication

• You must be a car driver

• Right to work in the UK (We do not offer Work Visa)
